Natalie is certified, through the Colorado Coaching Consortium, to offer Reflective Supervision/Consultation. She is also certified through the Colorado Department of education as a coach and trainer.

Reflective Supervision
Natalie provides a confidential space to increase reflective capacity and gain new insights. Process challenges, enhance understanding, and strengthen professional well-being. It’s powerful support for growth and resilience. Natalie facilitates one-on-one or small group sessions.
Family engagement
We believe in creating strong partnerships between educators, staff, children and families. These partnerships help to facilitate and foster a strong foundation for successful lifelong learners. What we offer:
- Positive Solutions for Families Training
- An evidence-based, seven session workshop for families with children ages 2-5 years old. These workshops provide families with strategies to promote positive relationships and engagement with their children, promoting overall social emotional competence in young children. This training was developed by the National Center for Pyramid Model Innovations.
- Lead parent workshops, back-to-school night and education opportunities for families
- Provide support and tools for parents and families to feel comfortable as a parent educator and to see themselves as an integral and important part of their child’s education
- Provide tools and training for educators and staff to create an inclusive community
- Create curriculum that bridges the home-school gap
